WINTER CONSTRUCTION CONCRETE POURING
PROJECT: An onsite temporary structure was utilized to pour a 4 foot thick concrete foundation in January in Wisconsin to ensure project can continue.
PROJECT INTRICACIES: This project required short turn-around time and installation. The project was behind schedule and the installation needed to be completed before a snow storm.
RESULTS: American Pavilion provided a 40m x 40m x 4m Losberger structure that protected a winter concrete pouring construction project. The quick turnaround time allowed the construction company to resume progress.
MANUFACTURING AND TESTING FACILITY
PROJECT: Manufacturing and testing facility for long-term rental of 2 years for client to maintain operational testing capacity before relocating to permanent facility.
PROJECT INTRICACIES: This project required multiple, different teams of workers to collaborate simultaneously to ensure the project was completed within the time frame.
RESULTS: American Pavilion provided a 30m x 30m x 5m Losberger structure that was easily erected within 6 days. The ability to collaborate with other teams allowed the full scope of the project to be completed quickly to allow for vegetation testing to begin within the required time frame.
CONSTRUCTION BREAKROOM & EMPLOYEE TRAINING FACILITY
PROJECT: Construction breakroom tent required for over 400 construction workers in Virginia.
PROJECT INTRICACIES: This project required short turn-around time and installation. The original installation placement was temporary and needed to be moved to the permanent destination.
RESULTS: American Pavilion provided a 20m x 50m x 3m Roder structure that was easily moved to the permanent location in 5 days. The quick turnaround allowed the company to resume full production capacity in a short amount of time.
TENT FLOORING RENTAL
PROJECT: Tent floor subrental to double plywood on a raised flooring system to handle the extra load of displays for a weekend event in Minnesota.
PROJECT INTRICACIES: This project required short turn-around time and installation. The flooring had to be quickly located and loaded for the client to ensure installation was complete before the event.
RESULTS: American Pavilion provided 3/4'' plywood flooring to double the existing raised flooring system and ensure the floor would be durable enough to maintain the weight load. As the floor was already raised, the client did not need any of our 2'' x 6'' x 12' or 4'' x 6'' x 12' treated runners for elevation.
EXCESS INVENTORY STORAGE STRUCTURE
PROJECT: Additional storage space required for excess farm and agricultural supplies and inventory.
PROJECT INTRICACIES: The structure was built on a 200 year old concrete pad and required more time for drilling to be completed, while remaining on schedule. The American Pavilion team had to best utilize an existing loading dock ramp in their structure placement.
RESULTS: American Pavilion provided a 15m x 55m x 3m Hoecker structure that was installed in 2 days. The quick turnaround time allowed the large shipment of inventory to be placed within the temporary storage structure immediately, with no loss of production.
PREMIUM SPORTING EVENT SUBRENTAL
PROJECT: Premium sporting event subrental needed annually for a specific sporting event each year.
PROJECT INTRICACIES: This annual event requires a customized structure for additional guest space with a custom "split" color fabric with a Kelley Green outer color and a "Snow White" inner color as well as a custom logo on the gable and tops. With the ability to manufacture fabric in-house, we can meet customized requests.
RESULTS: American Pavilion provided a 35m x 35m x 4m subrental structure through the American Pavilion Rental Advantage Program (RAP) for a turnkey solution that includes equipment rental and preparation, transportation and logistics, and installation and removal. Our RAP is a financially viable option for multiple or annual structures.
CONFIDENTIAL SUBRENTAL PROGRAM
PROGRAM: Our confidential subrental program provides clients with the utmost privacy for their projects.
PROGRAM INTRICACIES: With American Pavilion Confidential Subrentals, we support our fellow tent rental companies with Losberger, Hoecker, or Roder needs. We do not need to know where the rented structures will be located, or what their use will be. You have full autonomy of your project.
RESULTS: Our Losberger, Roder and Hoecker structures range from 30M to 50M wide and are available nationwide. A variety of accessories are available upon request. Your privacy is our priority - simply inform American Pavilion 7-10 days before you plan to return the materials!
THEATER EVENT TENT
PROJECT: This project was for a theater event tent to expand seating options.
PROGRAM INTRICACIES: This project required short turn-around time and installation. The installation time took only 4 days.
RESULTS: American Pavilion provided a 40m x 60m x 5m Losberger structure that was easily erected in 4 days. The quick turnaround time allowed the theater to resume operations in a short amount of time.
