- At American Pavilion, we offer confidential subrentals. We do not need to know where the rented structures will be located, or what their use will be to provide clients with the utmost privacy.
- Uses include: Tent rental industry offerings and rentals. You may be hesitant to rent equipment from another tent rental company, and we get it! With our confidential subrentals, your privacy is the priority to ensure confidentiality with your projects. When partnering with American Pavilion, you have all autonomy of your project.

With American Pavilion Confidential Subrentals, your privacy is our priority. We support our fellow tent rental companies with Losberger, Hoecker, or Roder needs. If you require equipment for a project that you do not currently have in your inventory, we can help! Here is how the Confidential Subrentals work:
- We get your Purchase Order
- We pull your required materials
- Load the trailer
- You schedule when the materials must be sent out
- Away it goes!
- Let us know 7-10 days before you plan to return (Monday - Friday at no extra fee)
- Our team unloads materials
- Project is complete
After you have been certified from American Pavilion as a qualified installer, you have full autonomy of your project, ensuring that your project is completely confidential. Once the materials are returned, we do a full inventory evaluation on the return to ensure everything is in safe working order and all the parts have been returned. We always love to hear about project details - but this is 100% up to you! We also offer 3d modeling as an option to better enhance the visualizations and needs of your client.
One trailer holds approximately:
- - 20,000 sq-ft of tent on a single 53' flatbed
- - 10,000 sq-ft of tent plus flooring on a single 53' flatbed
- - 6,000 sq-ft of tent plus flooring plus doors on a single 53' flatbed

Extension cords are available if needed.

Your project is just that - yours. Your project is completely private and you do not need to share information with our team.
DELIVERY
All equipment and materials is delivered on a trailer to your project location.

3d modeling is available to enhance visualizations and meet client needs.
