ADAPTING WITH AMERICAN PAVILION
To address the project engagement above, American Pavilion visited the temporary placement and installed the employee break room and training Roder structure in 5 days. Once the final resting location was determined, AP returned and moved the Roder structure. This took only 2 days to complete, all while abiding by the large construction company’s strict safety protocol.
The client initially believed that they needed a 20m x 25m x 3m. Although American Pavilion had the capacity to provide those size requirements, utilizing 3d modeling, we advised a 20m x 50m x 3m tent because this size would better fit all their needs while still abiding to social distancing protocols based on their planned layout.
To fully optimize their experience and achieve proper safety and fire regulations, we utilized the following inside the large employee training facility and break room tent:
PROJECT ENGAGEMENT
LONG TERM RENTAL
The clear span break room tent will be utilized for a total of 12 months (3 months for the initial installation and 9 months at the permanent location).
HVAC
Our HVAC systems create safer, temperature controlled areas to better withstand and meet COVID-19 precautions and requirements.
MULTI-MOVE
This engagement required installation on a temporary location for 3 months before moving permanently to a new location.
LED LIGHTS
LED Lighting installation to ensure structure can be utilized throughout all hours of the day with no production loss.
SAFETY PACKAGE
Our safety package includes emergency exit lights and fire extinguishers in case of an emergency.
STAGE
Stage installation provides an elevated area for meetings, presentations, and acts as a speaking area for employee meetings.
FLOORING
Flooring installation provides a stable, durable surface for individuals and accessories and improves safety measures within the structure.
CONSTRUCTION SITE
The structure was erected on a construction site and provides a durable space that follows wind and snow load guidelines.
