American Pavilion's clearspan PERMATENTS® are uniquely qualified for their role as temporary construction structures. There are no center poles or exterior guy lines to get in the way of equipment or workers. They are engineered for strength and stability, withstanding wind, heavy snow and rain. Modular by design, PERMATENTS® are expandable in lengths of 16 feet four inches, accommodating large and small projects alike. PERMATENTS® also are flame retardant and in full compliance with all U.S. building codes.

American Pavilion supplies PERMATENTS® on a lease or purchase basis year-round for commercial and residential projects. Uses include concrete pours to facilitate curing, to project masonry work, to accelerate the installation of foundation plumbing and electrical work, and to shelter workers. Options like heating, flooring, lighting, security doors and overhead doors are available. PERMATENTS® also make excellent temporary field offices as well as warehouses for equipment, materials and supplies. American Pavilion delivers, erects, and removes the structures once work is completed.

Clearspan PERMATENTS® also are suitable for specialized temporary or semi-permanent industrial projects like environment remediation projects and structures for repair and/or refurbishment of equipment such like large generators and oil pipeline equipment.
